Hotel Policies & Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of reservation, check-in.

Know Before You Go

• When book more then 5 rooms, group booking policy may apply.
• When book room(s) with special or promotional rate, specific policy may apply.
• There are no room charges for maximum two children 12 years old and younger who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.

Policies

• Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Minimum check-in age is 18
• Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out fee may be charged.
• Check-in time starts at 3 PM
• Pets not allowed
• Smoking-Free property
• No cribs (infant beds) available

Cancellation Policy

This policy defines how to handle cancellations

• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total of the first night plus taxes will be charged.
