INFO ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

Arrival: Rooms are available as of 3 PM.

Departure: Normal check-out time is 12 PM. half-day charges will apply until 4 PM, after which the full daily rate will apply.

Room Cancellations: A minimum notice of 3 days is required to avoid 50% of the full stay rate. Cancellations received less than 24 hrs prior to arrival will result in the full stay charge .

Early departures: The same policy as room and/or package reservation does apply.

Package Cancellations: When canceling a package, all room cancellation policies apply. However charges for tickets or service of any sort will be charged.

Packages: Although we continuously strive to select our partners with the highest standards of quality, we cannot assume any responsibility for their activities or availabilities. In the event that a supplier cannot accommodate due to high demand, only the room charge will apply.
