Please be aware that we take the health and safety of our guests and employees extremely seriously. According to the recommended guideline of World Health organization (WHO), a few of the procedures We have implemented:

  • Increased cleaning schedules including ongoing sanitization of hands and hard surfaces after contact with each guest.
  • High-touch areas are being disinfected continuously throughout the day.
  • We are requesting that guests pay with credit or debit whenever possible.
  • Only takeout and delivery are available in our food service.

In regards to social distancing, we are taking every step possible to limit interactions between staff and guests, including:

  • Protective screens have been installed at the front desk.
    A ‘guest zone’ will be marked at each front desk workstation. Guests will be asked to approach this ‘guest zone’ in order to sign their registration card, present ID, or complete their transaction. This specific area and its various equipment will be sanitized after every guest interaction.
  • In guest room, We provide a bottle of hand sanitizer lotion for each guest.
    Guests will be asked to leave their room during housekeeping services to avoid contact with our employees.
  • It is recommended that guests ride the elevator alone, or with a family at once.

Additional measures that will be taken include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Guests are welcome to request additional towels, amenities, and hygiene products at any time during their stay by calling or coming to the front desk.
  • To ensure guests’ safety, a member of our front desk staff will call each occupied guestroom daily to check on their wellbeing. We will wait a minimum of 48-hours after a guestroom has been occupied prior to renting it to the next guest.

  • Registered guests are welcome to have occasional visitors to their room; however, we will require that all visitors register at the front desk prior to arrival. We will maintain strict access to the hotel and close public access to our common areas.
